GLACIER HIKE ON SVARTISEN

Experience the blue ice of the Svartisen glacier up close in a safe way with our experienced glacier guides. Enjoy nature from a different view and explore the various shades of the blue ice and ever changing formations. 

You get a basic introduction in using crampons and ice axes in order to safely explore the glacier together. Using ropes, we explore crevasses and even try abseiling glacier walls if you are up for a challenge! Our tours are suitable for everyone, regardless of age and experience. We adapt our hikes to our guests' comfort and experience.

MIDNIGHT HIKE ON SVARTISEN GLACIER

During the summer from 1st of June to 30th of July, we also offer midnight hikes on Svartisen. Experience the unique northern Norwegian light and how the colours in the ice playfully shift under the bright evening light.
